Mongata is about learning the art of letting go and healing through sound meditation, movement, and breath work. It is fully coming into yourself and fully coming into your energy. This is accessible to everyone so you can discover who you really are. - To give yourself permission to feel all of the your emotions and release them. -To be supported in your journey of facing your fears. - To disconnect from your overthinking brain and re-connect with your body, your soul, and your breath.

I offer 2.5-hour Private Sessions for individuals, couples and groups. These sessions can be in-person in my studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico or anywhere in the world via Zoom. Each private session is personalized to your needs and includes Meditation, Coaching,& Breathwork. My intention is to listen to you and to connect you to whatever you need so you can create change in your life. We’ll work together to let go of old habits and false beliefs that have only led to fear, anxiety, and self-doubt.
At Mongata, I’ve created a safe space where groups of like-minded people can get together - either in person or virtually - to feel their emotions, face their fears and connect with their body, energy and breath. Each session includes Breathwork mixed with Sound Meditation and Spiritual Development. These 2-3 hour workshops are taught in English in Santa Fe or online. I always explain the breathing technique and the flow of the sound meditation and what to expect, making each session accessible to experts and novices alike.
